You’ll engage with a variety of learning materials, including video, text-based content, animations and more. To assist learner progress, HOL provides full and free access to the LinkedIn Learning video training library.
These sessions are trainer-led and are available for you to review and clarify your understanding of the content. You will be given weekly options which are scheduled in advance, so you can fit them into your schedule.
You will have a dedicated student engagement officer to help guide and motivate you through coursework, enabling you to manage your study/work/life balance, and help keep you informed of your progress. This one-on-one support continues through to graduation.

At HOL, you will not have any traditional exams. This course will have you undertake summative and formative assessments, write reports and/or create a portfolio, and participate in role-playing scenarios. The aim is to ensure your learning is valuable, authentic and applicable to your work. You will also be working on a variety of projects that require your own research as well as answering various written/oral questions that apply the theory you learn into practice.

We recommend spending at least 14-24 hours per week of study to stay on track with your studies.
Based on this range, it may take you up to 24 months to complete this qualification.

It’s been specifically designed to ensure you’re job ready. You can also build on the skills and knowledge areas you cover in your diploma, through professional certification courses.

You may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer (CT)
provided that you have supporting evidence of any prior education and work
